Delete your account

Any Micro Tales listener can request permanent deletion without reinstalling or opening the Android app.

Send your request

Email serenposh@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Micro Tales account. Send it from your sign-in email. If you use phone OTP, include the full phone number attached to the account. Never send an OTP, password, or payment information.

Verification

We will verify that the request controls the email address or phone number on the account. We may ask you to complete a fresh sign-in; we will never ask for your OTP or password.

What is deleted

Within 7 days of verification, we delete the Firebase account, listening profile, saved stories, history, recommendation state, experiment assignments, ad-frequency records, and personal analytics identifiers. Coin balance and entitlement records are deleted with the account, so unlocked episodes cannot be restored afterward.

What may remain

We may retain purchase and coin-ledger records only when required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or law. These records are access-restricted and expire under the applicable retention requirement. Aggregated or irreversibly anonymized statistics are not personal account data and may remain.

Canceling

You may cancel before deletion is completed by replying to the confirmation email. After completion, deletion cannot be undone.
